Evans Vanodine guide to CLP and COSHH Good Practice
Under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH), all persons at work need to know the safety precautions to take so as not to endanger themselves or others through exposure to substances hazardous to health.
All chemicals are classified under the Globally Harmonised System of Classification (GHS).
In the EU this is implemented by law using the Classification Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation which will ensure that the hazards presented by chemicals are clearly communicated to workers and consumers in the European Union through classification and labelling of chemicals.
